In order to ensure fire safety, ensure fire water at all times, and monitor the fire pool in real time, the wireless high-frequency radar level gauge of BIAO WANG Instrument Co., Ltd. is like the “sensory organ” of the fire protection system to grasp the water level of the pool in real time, replenish water in time to avoid fire and other dangerous events, and make fire fighting work more efficient and safer.
Efficient protection
The oil depot stores a large amount of flammable and explosive oil products, which poses an extremely high risk of fire and explosion. Once an ignition source is encountered, a fire and explosion accident is very likely to occur, causing damage to the oil depot facilities and equipment and significant casualties and property losses.
In order to ensure fire safety and guarantee fire-fighting water at all times, the fire water pool is monitored in real time to understand the water level in the pool and replenish water to the pool in time to avoid dangerous incidents such as fire.
However, oil tank areas are widely distributed, and fire water tanks are numerous and scattered in different production areas. It is difficult to meet real-time monitoring needs through manual inspections of liquid levels. In some complex production environment areas, inspections pose certain safety risks.
At the same time, the site is a special working condition with no power supply. An on-site data collection device is used, and a solar control box is installed near the on-site instrument to power it. Considering the actual usage requirements and on-site conditions, the on-site instrument must have wireless remote transmission function.
In view of the on-site power supply condition, the solar power generation equipment is used to provide 12 ~ 14VDC power supply to ensure the reliable operation of the radar level meter. At the same time, it supports GPRS, NB-LOT, LORA, WiFi and other wireless communication methods to measure multiple parameters such as fire water level and temperature in the tank area.
