LWG Flowmeter is composed of flow sensor and display instrument which receives electric pulse signal. Used to measure the volume flow and total volume of a low viscosity fluid (liquid or gas) in a closed pipe, It is widely used in petroleum, chemical metallurgy, aviation and scientific research. The sensor consists of a turbine sensing unit and an amplifier. The structure which can measure the positive and negative flow is two-way type, and the structure which can be installed in the large diameter pipeline to measure the fluid flow is plug-in type. The sensor is based on the principle of moment balance. When the fluid through the sensor, push the impeller rotation, when the flow is fixed, dynamic torque and resistance torque balance, impeller speed to mAintain a certain. The uniformly distributed blades on the mAgnetic impeller rotate with the impeller, thereby periodically changing the mAgnetic resistance of the detector (coil) mAgnetic field. The detector generates an electrical pulse signal, which is amplified by the amplifier. The output electric pulse frequency is proportional to the impeller speed and the impeller speed is proportional to the flow rate, so the output electric pulse frequency is proportional to the flow rate through the sensor. The converted 4 ~ 20 mA analog signal is also proportional to the flow rate.
